Royal Scottish National Orchestra
When the Royal Scottish National Orchestra (RSNO) of Glasgow, Scotland, first collaborated with GG+A in 2005, it was in the midst of an exciting, but challenging, transition period. With a new CEO at the helm, the RSNO aimed to build a long-lasting development programme that would continue to advance its reputation as one of Europe’s leading orchestras.
Working closely with the CEO, GG+A conducted a development programme review to restructure the program and help support increased fundraising. RSNO then was able to expand its audience beyond its traditional corporate support and build an enhanced individual membership programme. Today, individual major giving is growing and the development programme is establishing long-term goals.
