GG+A Webinars: FAQs

Below are the answers to some common questions about the GG+A Webinar series. Please feel free to contact us if your question isn't listed, or should you need more information. 

How much does registration cost?

There is no fee to participate. You may register for upcoming Webinars online at http://grenzglier.webex.com.

What do I need to participate in a webinar?

To view the presentation, you will need a computer with an Internet connection. To hear the audio, you may call in using a toll-free number or use your computer speakers. A list of the technical requirements for the Webex software is available here. To test your computer in advance of a Webinar, please visit http://www.webex.com/lp/jointest/ to join a test meeting. If you are unable to join the test meeting, please contact Webex Support at 866.229.3239.

Will the webinar be recorded? How long after the session will the materials be available?

All of our webinars are recorded. A link to view the recording will be emailed to all participants on the afternoon following the session. Past sessions are available for later viewing in our webinar archive.

How do I subscribe to the Webinar Series mailing list?

We welcome you to subscribe to the mailing list. To ensure you receive our email announcements, please add the email address GrenzebachGlier@JangoMail.com to your Whitelisted Senders.

Will there be handouts for participants? Can I obtain a copy of the presentation afterwards?

We generally do not prepare materials to accompany the sessions. However, we send all participants a link to download the presentation and view the recording on the afternoon following the session. If you would like a copy of the presentation from a previous session, please contact us.

If our office registers, how many people may participate?

Only one person can login for each registration, so you need to register once for each computer or location. If you plan to watch the session from a conference room with a group of your colleagues, you will only need to register once. If you have colleagues who wish to participate, but will be out of the office on the day of the session, they will need to register separately.

I'm having problems joining the session. Who do I contact for assistance?
