Dave Franckowiak joined GG+A as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2010. He leads the financial and core operational areas of the firm, including strategic planning, financial and management reporting, consulting services, cash management and banking, information technology, human resources, legal, administrative support, travel coordination, facilities, accounting and tax. He also provides broad financial leadership and guidance to management and consultants for the infrastructure supporting consulting and services to clients.
Career Snapshot
Dave has more than 25 years of experience as CFO of publicly traded, private equity owned, and privately held organizations, and as a CPA in Big Four public accounting. Prior to joining the firm, Dave served as CFO of portfolio companies owned by Pfingsten Partners, an operationally focused private equity firm, including Closet Works.
Preceding this experience, he served as Director of Operations Accounting at U.S. Cellular, where he lead 46 associates and accounting for over 100 separate legal entities. Additionally, Dave has held the position of Chief Financial Officer at ISI Communications, Inc., RPS Payroll Services, and Endorex Corporation. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he progressed from Staff Accountant to Manager in Audit Practice.
Dave earned his bachelor's degree in the Strobel Scholars Honors Accounting Program and his master’s degree in accountancy from DePaul University.
