Joe Zanetta joined GG+A in 2005 and has more than 25 years of strategic fundraising experience for educational and medical institutions. He has significant experience in college and university advancement and has applied that successful track record to the world of healthcare philanthropy. He holds particular interest in helping community-based hospitals move toward programs that emphasize major and planned giving.
Recent Accomplishments
In addition to consulting, Joe oversees all organizational fundraising activities as president of Little Company of Mary Community Health Foundation. Under his leadership, the Foundation recently completed the successful $50 million Legacy Campaign.
Career Snapshot
Most recently, Joe was Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Mount Saint Mary’s College and, prior to that, Vice President of Advancement at Whittier College. There, he executed an unprecedented $70 million comprehensive campaign, which concluded 18 months ahead of schedule and surpassed its goal by over $5 million. Joe has also held senior development positions at the University of Southern California, Belmont Hill School, and Tufts and Cornell Universities.
Joe received both his bachelor’s degree and his law degree from Cornell University and is a member of the New York Bar.
