Recent Accomplishments
Prior to her tenure at MHSF and the University of Pittsburgh, Kellie served as Director of the Annual Fund at Chatham College and Allegheny Health, Education, and Research Foundation and Grants Specialist at Western Pennsylvania Hospital Foundation.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Allegheny College and a master’s degree in public health from the University of Pittsburgh.
Career Snapshot
She currently serves as Executive Director, Central Development, for the University of Pittsburgh’s Medical and Health Sciences Foundation (MHSF), which raises funds for the University of Pittsburgh’s six health science schools and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC).
As Executive Director, she leads a team of annual giving, planned giving, communications, and corporate and foundation relations professionals. Under Kellie’s direction, the central development team provides strategic and creative fundraising expertise.
She focuses her personal fundraising efforts on developing strategic partnerships and identifying, cultivating, and soliciting national foundations and corporations for major gifts, resulting in a diverse funding portfolio. Kellie previously served as Director, Corporate and Foundation Relations for MHSF, the University of Pittsburgh, and the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute.
