Core Expertise

Matthew Slovitt joined GG+A in 2010 as a Solutions Consultant in Philanthropic Analytics, where he is responsible for the delivery of analytical services, including DonorScape® Wealth Screening and Predictive Modeling. Matthew has assisted clients in analyzing the philanthropic potential of their donor populations and identifying those constituents with the greatest likelihood to support their institutions. In addition, he has worked with clients on benchmarking projects to analyze budget and staffing data from peer institutions to inform management decisions and drive growth.

Recent Accomplishments

Prior to joining GG+A, Matthew worked as an Associate Consultant at The Whelan Group, a New York City based strategic advisory firm to nonprofits. In that capacity, he worked with clients across a variety of sectors – arts, education, human service, and community development – on strategic and financial planning and fundraising management.

Career Snapshot

Previously, Matthew was an Analyst at JPMorgan in the Syndicated and Leveraged Finance Group with a focus on technology, media, and telecom companies. In this role, he helped to originate, structure, and execute several leveraged buyouts, as well as to provide credit and financial analysis to a variety of clients.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in biology and economics from Williams College.
