Kim Hillner brought over eleven years of progressive human resources experience to GG+A when she was named Director of Human Resources in 2008. Kim is a Certified Professional of Human Resources with expertise in the areas of strategic workforce planning, performance management, employment law, policy development and administration, employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, and employee training and development. Her industry experience includes consulting, telecommunications, consumer goods and retail.
Prior to joining the firm, Kim served as a Human Resources Advisor to Dyson Inc., where she worked collaboratively with senior management to provide strategic HR leadership and support to the sales, finance, and operations divisions. Before that, as the Human Resources Manager for Access One, Inc., Kim was responsible for the development and implementation of human resources strategies, practices and programs, as well as providing proactive advice and guidance to all levels within the organization on HR issues.
Kim also served as the Senior HR Generalist at Hammacher Schlemmer where she managed Human Resources programs such as recruitment, performance management, benefits and training for their corporate office and retail stores in
