Alix Katznelson, Marketing Communications Manager, advances the work of the firm through the development, management, and delivery of strategic marketing communications. She works in partnership with GG+A colleagues and outside agencies to ensure publications, collateral, announcements, and other communications are consistent with the firm’s goals and marketing communications strategy.
Prior to joining GG+A, Alix was Marketing Senior Associate at Grant Thornton, LLP. In her position, she supported strategic planning, internal training meetings, and national campaigns for the firm’s national nonprofit practice. She was responsible for a number of internal as well as client-facing activities, including professional events, participation in industry conferences, and a national webcast program. Working closely with firm colleagues, she maintained the website and intranet and assisted with fiscal-year planning and budget maintenance.
In an earlier position with Rabinowitz/Dorf Communications, Alix managed marketing, communications, and media strategy – from conception to completion – for a variety of clients. She previously worked for Jewish Women International, supporting the organization’s programming through marketing and communications initiatives.
Alix attended the University of Kansas, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
