Chardai Porter, GG+A Information Technology Technician, joined GG+A in July 2015. In her role, Chardai provides technical software, hardware, and network problem resolution by performing problem diagnosis and guiding users through issues.
Chardai comes to GG+A from BigTime Software Inc., a time and billing SaaS software firm, where she served as the Senior Software Support Engineer and Team Lead in her department. Here Chardai managed a team of six support representatives while providing technical and product expertise to resolve client issues.
In 2014, Chardai enrolled in Lewis University and is currently working toward her dual M.S. in Information Systems Management and MBA.
Chardai began her career as a Software Support Analyst with TAM Retail in Orland Park, IL before becoming a Customer Service Representative at Ace Hardware Corporate in Oak Brook, IL. In 2007, Chardai earned an Associates of Science degree in Network Systems Administration, and then a B.S. in Technical Management in 2010 from DeVry University in Chicago.
