Under his direction, the Lehigh University Alumni Association received a CASE Circle of Excellence Awards for programs such as the innovative Young Alumni Reunion program, the Association of Student Alumni program, and Senior Alumni programs.
Chris has been a featured speaker at conferences all over the world. From 2004 to 2007 he served as President of the Association of Private College and University Alumni Directors. Chris led the effort to develop an online benchmarking and assessment tool to measure Alumni Relations programs.
