Douglas Reiner, Executive Vice President, brings nearly 25 years of experience in consulting, sales, and business development, with a strong focus in global organizations and higher education. Douglas provides leadership and management across all of the firm's consulting, financial, and administrative teams, playing a pivotal role in the firm's strategic consulting services. He works closely with firm leaders to support the overall growth, sustainability, and success of GG+A globally.
Douglas most recently served as Vice President of Sales, Business Development at Everspring Online Education, focusing on client acquisition and financial management. He directed business development and sales activity at leading universities and engaged with more than 20 schools to expand online program offerings and enhance enrollment metrics.
Prior to Everspring, Douglas was Vice President of Sales at Wiley Global Education. As the national sales manager for the company’s US education division, he led a team of 175 sales professionals across all 50 states. Douglas restructured and optimized the company’s sales organization and implemented pipeline development and management tools to significantly increase revenue. He was also responsible for reshaping the company’s value proposition around digital solutions and executed Global Sales Meetings with 500 sales professionals and business leaders.
Douglas previously worked for 11 years at McGraw-Hill Global Education in a number of national and international roles, where among his many accomplishments was the transformation of a business segment from print to digital. His work has taken him to India, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia, Singapore, and the UK.
Douglas is a graduate of Tufts University, holding a B.A. in History and International Relations.
