Eléonore, Project Manager, provides a wide range of support to clients in our Executive Practice Area. She has extensive experience in nonprofit project management in the arts and culture sector.
Prior to joining GG+A, Eléonore provided project management and strategy development for the Contemporary Art Society Consultancy. In her role, she developed cultural strategies for clients, curated site-specific temporary and permanent public art across the United Kingdom, and developed client reports and presentations.
Previously, Eléonore worked at the GIOCA Research Group at the University of Bologna Department of Economics, where she created a survey of American academic museums. Prior to this, she served as the Manager of Special Projects at Conflict Kitchen (a nonprofit organization affiliated with Carnegie Mellon University), where she developed and edited content for the organization’s website, social media, newsletter, and publications, and researched and wrote grant proposals. She also worked with the Carnegie Museum of Art and Martin Vinik Planning for the Arts, providing financial analysis that was implemented in the museum’s strategic plan.
For two years, she worked for the Ruth and Elmer Wellin Museum of Art at Hamilton College, serving first as Office Assistant, and subsequently as the Collections and Exhibitions Specialist. In the latter role, she oversaw the museum’s collection of 6,000 objects, conducted studio visits with participating artists, assisted in selection of artwork, oversaw exhibit installation, and contributed to accompanying publications.
Eléonore holds a Masters of Nonprofit Management from the University of Bologna, and a Masters of Arts Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
