Gillian Wu, Client Engagement Manager, Analytics, joined GG+A in February 2016. Gillian is responsible for the proactive support, implementation, and stewardship of all GG+A Analytics products and services. Gillian's primary focus is in the Philanthropy Survey Lab, which partners with nonprofit clients to collect information directly from their constituents on issues such as charitable giving intent, attitudes toward an organization, case/brand messaging testing, and many other subjects.

Prior to joining GG+A, Gillian served as an operations lead at Postmates Inc, which Forbes named one of the "Hottest On-Demand Startups of 2015." At Postmates, Gillian played an integral part in generating new business growth, increasing the Chicago market's annual delivery volume by 5,000 percent by closely monitoring KPIs and analyzing key metrics. She also led a successful relaunch of Postmates Boston, doubling the branch's fleet size and revenue within a two-week period.

Gillian graduated summa cum laude from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2013 with bachelor's degrees in criminology, law, and justice and gender studies, as well as a certification in Civic Leadership. During her time at UIC, Gillian worked directly with nonprofit organizations on development projects for the Forest Preserve District of Cook County, Porchlight Counseling Services, Working Bikes Cooperative, and the Transformative Justice Law Project. She currently volunteers on a project basis with Women On Call and as a workshop facilitator with West Town Bikes.
