Jessi Haley, Business Development Writer, joined GG+A in February 2017. Jessi is responsible for writing and editing a range of client-facing materials, including business proposals, sales presentations, marketing collateral, web site content, newsletters, and client deliverables. In this role, she partners with consultants to understand client needs, develop solutions, and translate those solutions into compelling text.
Jessi joined GG+A from the University of Chicago, where she most recently served as the Program Coordinator for Creative Writing & Poetics. In this position she managed all administrative aspects of the program and played a key role in developing a new undergraduate degree, the Major in Creative Writing. Prior to that role, she served as the Undergraduate Program Assistant for the Department of English, as a program mentor for the Master of Arts Program in the Humanities, and as a writing intern for the University’s Writing Program, where she taught first-year writing seminars and provided pedagogical training for graduate student writing instructors. Before coming to the University of Chicago, Jessi worked as a project assistant at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
Jessi holds a BA in History from Skidmore College and an MA in the Humanities from the University of Chicago.
