Biography

Melanie Pozdol, Project Manager, joined GG+A in May 2016 as a Project Assistant in the firm’s Higher Education practice area. She recently held the position of Operations Analyst in the Analytics Data Services Center.

In her role as Project Manager, Melanie is responsible for managing project timelines and milestones within the Data Services group, carefully monitoring project scope and timesheets, communicating across project teams and helping to manage team workloads.

She brings several years of artistic and cultural nonprofit experience from her various roles for the Great Falls Symphony Association (GFSA), including: Board of Directors Liaison, Marketing Committee Member, and professional core orchestra member. During her time with GFSA, Melanie served at the oboist for the resident wind quintet and additionally oversaw the design, production, and distribution of quintet donor stewardship as well as recognition communications. She also maintained the quintet’s website.

She holds a Bachelor of Music in Violin and Oboe Performance from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Music in Oboe Performance and Literature. Additionally, she received a Core Certificate in Arts Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
