Melanie Pozdol, Project Assistant, joined GG+A in May 2016. She works closely with Project Managers and Consultants in the Philanthropic Analytics area of the firm, providing them with logistical support in executing the clients’ goals.

She brings several years of artistic and cultural nonprofit experience from her various roles for the Great Falls Symphony Association (GFSA), including: Board of Directors Liaison, Marketing Committee Member, and professional core orchestra member. During her time with GFSA, Melanie served at the oboist for the resident wind quintet and additionally oversaw the design, production, and distribution of quintet donor stewardship as well as recognition communications. She also maintained the quintet’s website.

She holds a Bachelor of Music in Violin and Oboe Performance from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Music in Oboe Performance and Literature. Additionally, she received a Core Certificate in Arts Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
