Biography

Penina Frager, Executive Assistant, brings over 15 years of administrative experience in event planning, travel coordination, and general financial reporting to her role at GG+A.

Previously, Penina was Executive Assistant and Human Resources Specialist at PatientPoint, a developer of programs and solutions for patient and physician engagement at the point of care. In that role, she managed candidate recruiting, coordinated planning and scheduling for executive leadership, and oversaw compliance processes. She also handled vendor management and planning for open enrollment events.

Before PatientPoint, Penina held the title of Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and General Counsel at IES Abroad, a nonprofit study abroad organization for college students. She facilitated the formation of itineraries for multiple domestic and multi-destination international trips each year and coordinated communications between various branches of the organization, including the President’s Office and Global Staff. Additionally, she helped plan bi-annual, quarterly, and yearly internal meetings and was involved in general financial tasks.

Penina started her career in 2001 at the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, Colorado, and upon moving back to her home state of Illinois, has also worked at Friedman Properties/The Ivy Room and as an Asset Management Assistant at Harrison Street Real Estate.
