Shannon Healy, Project Manager, first joined GG+A in February 2015 to provide administrative support to the firm’s senior executives. In her current role, Shannon provides project support to the firm's Training and Coaching consultants. She also assists in the planning of the Staff Conference, monthly training sessions for staff, recruiting, and onboarding for new employees, among other projects.
Most recently, Shannon served for nearly eight years as Administrative Assistant in the Executive Offices for the Jewish Community Center of Chicago. There, she was the liaison to the Board of Directors, Women’s Auxiliary and executive staff, and was involved in the planning and execution of fundraising events throughout the year for the organization.
Previously, Shannon interned with Mary Kay Cosmetics as a training consultant and held administrative and sales development roles with Ernest Di Monte & Associates, Fox Associates, and State Farm Insurance.
Shannon holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Monmouth College and a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Elmhurst College.
