Steven Herrmann, Project Manager, joined GG+A in February 2015 as a project assistant. In his current role, he provides a wide range of support to the firm’s consultants.
Prior to joining GG+A, Steven was the development coordinator of Coffee Kids, a Chicago-based nonprofit which provided support to local service organizations in coffee-producing communities in Latin America. In his role, he managed the donation processing, annual direct mail and e-solicitation campaign, stewardship of current donors, and was responsible for Chicago based outreach and solicitations to individuals and corporations.
Previously, he was Stewardship Coordinator for Benedictine University, where he managed the stewardship and acknowledgement process; endowed scholarship donors and student applications process; and student engagement. In his role, he increased student engagement with the development office, and was responsible for the creation of a student giving program and a student emergency fund, which increased student giving to the institution through directing small donations to the student emergency fund.
Steven received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with a minor in Business Administration, and a certificate in Law, Politics, and Society, from Texas A&M University. He also studied abroad for a semester at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, in Barcelona, Spain.
