Tracey Quinn joined GG+A in 2007 and has served in a variety of roles across the firm, including Project Assistant (2007), Project Consultant (2008-2010), Senior Project Consultant to the President and CEO (2010-2011), Executive Director, Office of the President and CEO (2011-2013), and Chief of Staff (2013-2014). Currently, Tracey serves as Assistant Vice President of Practice Area Management, to which she was appointed in early 2014.
In her current role, Tracey assists in the management of the firm’s largest Practice Area, providing oversight on large-scale projects, and aligning project management teams. She also serves as the firm's UK/Global liaison, facilitating organizational and management support for our UK and international team members as well as client engagements abroad. In this role she also oversees onboarding and talent management across our international teams, ensuring ongoing training and professional development are strategically provided to all members of our consulting and support staff.
Tracey's work with GG+A clients includes research, management and coordination of study data, comparative analysis, and timeline management. Since joining the firm, she has worked on numerous development program reviews, campaign feasibility studies, and specialized projects for a broad range of clients.
Tracey previously served for over four years at LinJen Promotions, Inc., as an executive assistant in sales support and customer service. In that role, she was entrusted with building relationships to advance both the company’s financial position and its professional reputation, influenced client decision-making by developing promotional product ideas and pricing, and developed new company procedures to increase efficiency and quality of service.
Tracey holds a bachelor’s degree in humanistic studies from Saint Mary’s College.
