Congratulations – you are advancing to the next step in the application process! Below are instructions for accessing and completing the Achiever and Outmatch online assessments and the SkillSurvey online reference process. To access the applicable assessments, please select the specific position to which you have applied under the Achiever and Outmatch columns below.  The reference process is uniform for all positions.

The Achiever online strengths assessment measures cognitive proficiencies that may indicate successful assimilation with specific position requirements.  After accessing the applicable link (below), please enter the “Master Code” (AT45AT) and “Secondary Code” (GGLIER).  You will be prompted to complete a brief form indicating the specific position you are applying for.  When completing The Achiever, answer honestly and go with your first instinct.  The Achiever is timed and will take about an hour to complete.  On the “personality” section, do not provide more than seven #2 (middle choice) responses.  You should take The Achiever at a time when you are not rushed or distracted.  For best results, we recommend taking The Achiever on your laptop as opposed to a smartphone or tablet.  Should the assessment be interrupted, you may re-access by entering your specific ID# and password at http://www.virtualhrcenter.com/dnf.  For technical support call (972) 641-5494 x5 (M-F 8-5CT).

The Outmatch online behavioral assessment measures your personal preferences within the context of specific position requirements.  The Outmatch assessment should take approximately 20 minutes to complete, and is not timed.

The SkillSurvey online reference process will prompt you to designate 4-5 references (2-3 of whom were direct supervisors) who will complete a reference survey via this online tool.

These assessments and references serve to provide additional data points through which to augment (not drive) a potential hiring decision.
