Alpha Paniagua is the Human Resources Coordinator at GG+A, providing administrative, recruiting, and onboarding support to the firm’s HR team and employees. Her expertise includes HR coordination and administrative support as well as program management.
Prior to joining GG+A, Alpha was member of the human resources team at Casa Central, the largest Hispanic social service agency in the Midwest. In this role she served more than 500 employees by providing administrative support, overseeing employee engagement projects and newsletters, and assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of more than 50 new hires. She has held various HR support roles at IES Abroad, a study abroad and internship program; and Publicis Groupe, a French multinational advertising and public relations company. Most recently, Alpha was the HR Coordinator at the global IT company Sipi Asset Recovery, where she managed the onboarding, offboarding, employee training, benefits enrollment, and employee engagement initiatives for more than 100 employees.
Alpha earned her Bachelor of Science in International Business and Marketing, with a minor in Spanish, from Bradley University. She is currently completing her M.B.A. with a concentration in Management from DePaul University.
