Biography

Annie Hudson, Consulting Associate, offers deep experience in annual giving, stewardship, and donor relations gained from leadership roles at the prestigious Rush University Medical Center and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab. Annie primarily supports GG+A’s Executive Practice area. As the Associate Director, Leadership Annual Giving at Rush, she partnered closely with the Medical Staff President to customize personal gifts solicitation. She created and executed the program’s stewardship and engagement plans and served as a gift officer where she implemented successful solicitation strategies. At the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, she was the Manager, Donor Relations, where she conceptualized and implemented personalized stewardship for major gift donors and was the key liaison with marketing to create collateral, campaign and event materials.  She also oversaw the program’s online presence including donation pages, webpages, and third-party fundraising.

Annie began her Advancement career as the Senior Coordinator, Development at Catholic Extension where she created and executed donor recognition strategies, engaged with donors across all channels, and stewarded a broad-spectrum of donors. She interfaced with the events team to coordinate international donor travel programs and managed the Young Professionals Board.

Annie earned her Bachelors in Science in Business from Dayton University, and she continues as a committed member of the Junior Council of Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.
