Dana North, Executive Director of Marketing, provides operational leadership to GG+A’s Marketing team. She leads strategic growth initiatives across the firm’s digital marketing efforts, including social media, collateral/advertising development, and professional event/conference participation, ensuring tight integration between marketing and business development in support of GG+A’s business goals.
Before joining GG+A, Dana served as the Marketing Director at World Relief, where she led a 9-person marketing team in campaign development and collaboration, as well as digital marketing by setting web, social, email, and revenue related KPIs and SMART goals, as well as tracking testing and learnings to inform future campaigns and initiatives. Dana owned a fundraising goal of over $1 million by forecasting revenue from current income streams and exploring new opportunities for donors. Her work raised the last fiscal year’s revenue goal by 156%. In her time at World Relief, she additionally held the titles of Marketing Lead and Marketing Manager.
Prior to this role, Dana was the Director of Communications at Christ Community Church. She led and executed multi-team projects, including a website redesign and mobile app development, and established the aesthetic and verbal style of a capital campaign to compellingly communicate the Church’s vision, resulting in pledged commitments of $2.5 million.
Dana holds dual degrees in Advertising and Art & Design from Iowa State University.
