Biography

Doug Daniels serves as GG+A’s Vice President, Talent Management and is responsible for maintaining the firm’s standard of excellence by attracting, developing and retaining the best talent in the industry.  He partners with the Senior Leadership Council to align a comprehensive talent strategy supporting the firm’s business imperatives and growth initiatives by ensuring that GG+A’s people achieve their full potential.  Doug leads all key HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, inclusion, development, performance, rewards and compliance.  The talent experience at GG+A is based on living foundational core values and driving a purpose-driven culture that inspires servant leadership, lifelong learning and innovation.  Doug is focused on engaging great people who deliver exceptional client service, which in turn leads to profitable growth and establishing GG+A as the employer of choice within the philanthropic consulting industry.

Doug has 30 years of experience within the “Big Four” accounting/consulting environment, where he established a strong track record for driving high performance through innovative employee engagement and retention initiatives.  Prior to joining GG+A, Doug was an Executive Director at KPMG, where he was a key member of their national HR executive leadership team and led field HR operations in support of 17,000 partners and employees comprising KPMG’s East Region.  Doug also previously served in HR leadership roles at Deloitte, Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Michigan State University and is a registered Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois.  Doug is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Human Resource Management Association of Chicago.
