Eléonore, Consulting Associate, provides a wide range of support to our clients through project management and consultation. She has extensive experience in nonprofit project management in the arts and culture sector.
Prior to joining GG+A, Eléonore provided project management and strategy development for the Contemporary Art Society Consultancy. In her role, she developed cultural strategies for clients and project managed site-specific temporary and permanent public art projects across the United Kingdom.
Previously, Eléonore worked at the GIOCA Research Group at the University of Bologna Department of Economics, where she conducted an in-depth survey of American academic museums. Prior to this, she served as the Manager of Special Projects at Conflict Kitchen (a nonprofit organization affiliated with Carnegie Mellon University), where she managed digital communications and wrote grants. She also worked with the Carnegie Museum of Art in collaboration with consulting firm Martin Vinik Planning for the Arts, providing financial analysis implemented in the museum’s strategic plan.
For two years, she worked for the Ruth and Elmer Wellin Museum of Art at Hamilton College as the Collections and Exhibitions Specialist. In this role, she oversaw the museum’s collection of 6,000 objects, conducted studio visits with participating artists, assisted in the selection of artwork, oversaw exhibit installation, and contributed to accompanying academic publications.
She currently serves on Steppenwolf Theatre’s Associate Board and is a Development Committee Co-Chair.
Eléonore holds a Masters of Nonprofit Management from the University of Bologna, and a Masters of Arts Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
