Erica, Project Manager, provides a wide range of support to clients in our Executive Practice Area. She has extensive experience in logistical support and coordination efforts for nonprofit development.
Erica also currently advises for the youth philanthropy organization, Allow Good. In her role as Development Advisor, she assists with cultivation strategies for investors and partners, in addition to researching grant opportunities and co-writing grants. She is responsible for co-founding the Associate Board to cultivate further fundraising and brand awareness opportunities for the growing organization.
Erica is a proud Co-Founder of Philanthropy Playmakers and is responsible for the creation of this online resource hub for sports philanthropy professionals. She continues to interview industry executives and collect best practices data for monthly newsletters, in addition to maintaining the website and social media accounts.
Prior to joining GG+A, Erica served as a Regional Development Specialist at Lions Clubs International Foundation. There, she supported a team of approximately 150 LCIF Coordinators, produced and drafted association manuals, developed training materials for volunteers, and managed donor data, as well as compiled new prospect data for cultivation purposes.
Erica holds a B.A. in Sociology/Anthropology from Lehigh University and a Sports Philanthropy Executive Certificate from George Washington University.
