Biography

Gina Lettiere, Resource Project Manager, assists in the design and management of processes for optimal resource allocation. She partners with the Consulting Resources and Business Development teams to set objectives to ensure project updates, scheduling, and billing follow firm processes to meet completion goals.

Before joining GG+A, Gina served as a Supervisor for Franklin Energy, tracking projects through their lifecycle and monitoring production and staff capacity to meet client requirements and program goals. Gina additionally managed project timelines across program teams and communicated updates to projects with partners and customers while collecting and distributing data findings to various audiences.

Previously, Gina was a Sustainability Specialist at the School of Environmental Sustainability at Loyola University Chicago. She identified and established successful partnerships with key stakeholders to advance campus sustainability and established close relationships with partners to improve campus waste-reduction operations. In acting as an advisor for student-led campaigns, Gina’s work advanced socially responsible campus policies.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Northeastern Illinois University.
