Jonathan Diores, Salesforce Administrator, is an experienced marketing analyst with an expertise in analytical reporting development, CRM database management, lead generation and development, and more. In his role, Jonathan defines business requirements and ensures GG+A’s Salesforce applications align with business needs. In addition to managing all data entry processes and procedures, he is responsible for training and supporting all GG+A staff to maximize adoption and utilization of Salesforce procedures.
Before starting at GG+A, Jonathan served as a Salesforce Demand Generation Specialist at TransUnion, where he guided the marketing department through a transition into a new Salesforce Lightning instance, providing background on sales and marketing usage and social architecture to ensure successful development. He additionally rebuilt and fully automated the monthly reporting process within Salesforce to standardize global tracking and provide on-demand reporting to firm leadership. By performing excel analysis to merge Salesforce reporting with web analytics, Jonathan offered marketing and sales teams a fuller view of lead activity.
Jonathan received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and Amnesty International.
