Lauren Haines

Chief of Staff for the President


Lauren Haines, Chief of Staff for the President, joined GG+A as a Project Assistant in 2014. She became a Project Manager in 2015 now works in direct support of GG+A’s President. In her current role, she coordinates all client activities and communications from the office of the President.

Prior to joining the firm, Lauren worked as the Development Manager for Chicago’s Grant Park Music Festival, where she managed Annual Fund campaigns, donor stewardship, and special events. She also assisted with the development of funding proposals and the cultivation of corporate sponsorships and community partnerships.

Lauren has worked with various arts organizations including The Florida State University’s Opening Nights, the National Repertory Orchestra, and the Erie Philharmonic Orchestra. Lauren holds a Master of Arts degree in Arts Administration from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education, (voice and trumpet) from Mercyhurst University.

An active musician, Lauren sings with the Chicago Chamber Choir and serves as the Children’s Choir Director at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Chicago.
