Maggie DeTamble, Executive Assistant in the CEO’s office, joined GG+A in November 2020. In her role, she provides assistance and support to firm leadership.
Before joining GG+A, Maggie served as Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Operations at Evolent Health and Employee Engagement Ambassador and Executive Assistant to the CEO at Aldera Inc (acquired by Evolent Health in 2016).
In these roles, Maggie helped facilitate two, six-month, in-depth Leadership Academy trainings using the Resolved Leadership SolutionsSM curriculum. She also successfully organized and executed “Aldera Edge”, an Innovation Day that had 75% employee participation. The Innovation Day resulted in more than six innovations being implemented companywide. Through her work as Employee Engagement Ambassador, Maggie designed and implemented various employee engagement initiatives that successfully increased employee engagement at Aldera and brought voluntary turnover from
10% to 1%.
Maggie holds a bachelor of arts in anthropology from Michigan State University.
