Mary Sorrentino

Vice President of Client Relations

Biography

Mary Sorrentino is the Vice President of Client Relations at GG+A, where she manages logistics for the firm’s client and industry conferences, supports client attendees and speakers, coordinates staff travel, arranges meetings, collaborates with client assistants, and more. Her expertise includes event management, project management, communications, and logistics. 

Mary has served the firm since 1973. Prior to joining GG+A, she worked for the Federal Aviation Administration in Washington in their Research and Development division. After moving to Chicago, she worked as an administrative assistant to the superintendent of schools at two school districts in the western suburbs. 

At GG+A, Mary first served as the executive assistant to firm founder John Grenzebach, and later as an assistant to Chairman Martin Grenzebach and CEO John Glier. She has also worked as the office manager, coordinating logistics for more than three office moves, and serving as the liaison with building management at each location. Mary also helps train new staff and assists consultants with orientation to firm policies and procedures.  

Although formally retired, she serves in the Chicago office twice a week.
