Michael Friedman, Executive Director of Finance and Administration, oversees the firm’s financial department and administrative operations team. He has specialized experience in P&L management, business development, client relationship management, leading teams and financial planning.

Prior to joining GG+A, Mike served as the Director of Finance, for Aginity, Inc., where he developed a strategic budget process, created a dashboard to successfully monitor expenses, and collaborated on the creation of a monthly reporting package for senior leaders and department heads.

Prior to this role, he served A.T. Kearney Inc. for nearly 17 years. Most recently, as Finance Director – Global Projects, he developed and implemented an internal auditing program, created and introduced a new global security program, and supported Global Mobility initiatives by developing a cross-border tax compliance and expense allocation methodology.

From 2008 to 2013 he worked as the Director of Finance – Asia Pacific (Singapore) where he worked closely with regional leadership to assess and set pricing strategies and identify client expansion opportunities, direct and manage all aspects of the Asia Pacific accounting team, and provide training to new partners, among various other responsibilities.

Mike holds a bachelor’s of science in finance and accounting from State University of New York at Buffalo.
