Nicole Wilson, Vice President, is a skilled and passionate development professional having worked for the Metropolitan Museum of Art, one of the world’s largest cultural institutions. At the museum, she served as an Associate Development Officer on both the Capital Campaign and the Foundation and Government Giving teams, identifying prospective foundations and government entities and working across departments on numerous sophisticated communications, including successful proposals to support exhibitions, conservation, and educational programming.
She also served as an independent contractor for the museum, providing assistance to different areas of
the Development Office, including the Annual Appeal, Foundation Giving, and Corporate Giving.
Nicole has vast knowledge of ancient history and art, and has been an instructor for courses on Greek and Roman mythology, ancient Greek history, and Roman art and architecture at the University of Calgary. From 2012-2014, she was a Mellon/American Council of Learned Societies Public Fellow at the
Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Nicole earned her Ph.D. and her M.A. in Greek and Roman Studies from the University of Calgary and her B.A. from Loyola Marymount University in History and Classical Civilizations.
