Sarah Dietz serves as GG+A’s Vice President, Human Resources and Talent Management and is responsible for leading the human resources function for the firm. Sarah leads all key HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, inclusion, development, performance, total rewards, and compliance. Her responsibility includes maintaining the firm’s standard of excellence by attracting, developing, and retaining the best talent in the industry. She partners with the Senior Leadership Council to align a comprehensive human resource strategy supporting the firm’s business imperatives and growth initiatives by ensuring that GG+A’s people achieve their full potential. Sarah is focused on engaging great people who deliver exceptional client service, which in turn leads to profitable growth and establishing GG+A as the employer of choice within the philanthropic consulting industry.
Sarah has twenty years of experience in the Human Resource’s industry working in the corporate and non-profit sectors. Prior to joining GG+A, she was the Director of Human Resources for Blue Chip Marketing Worldwide where she led advancement in human resources strategy, talent acquisition, policy development, total rewards, compliance, and employee relations. Additionally, she led many initiatives to enhance the company’s culture and structures.
Prior to Blue Chip Marketing Worldwide, she served as the Manager, Human Resources for RSA Medical, now Care Integration Services a Xerox Services Company. In this position, Sarah initially supported upwards of 800 employees. She partnered with all department leaders managing organizational development, performance management, human resources communications, leave management and employee relations. She was responsible for communication and change management through the acquisition to Xerox; including two comprehensive restructuring initiatives.
As Director of Human Resources for the John G. Shedd Aquarium, Sarah led enhancements to Shedd’s employee experience. She led the changes in onboarding, led the adoption of a fully integrated and utilized Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), improved both the performance and user experience for the retirement plan platform, enhanced health and welfare program options, supported employee engagement initiatives, and led a number of other programs to support the aquarium’s culture and philosophies. She also worked as Manager, Employee Benefits and Compensation for Missouri Employers Mutual Insurance Company.
She earned her Master of Business Administration from Columbia College (Columbia, MO) and a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology from Luther College. Additionally, Sarah holds the following designations: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society for Human Resources Management, Senior Certified Professional (SHRM- SCP) and Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS).
