Viv Tran, Project Manager in the GG+A SurveyLab, is a key member of team in executing marketing campaigns and delivering donor insight projects to clients.
Since joining GG+A, she has collaborated with the SurveyLab team in helping clients gather information directly from constituents and realize data-driven solutions for their fundraising challenges. She has aided in the delivery of survey research across a range of topics – building constituent connection, donor experiences and motivation, message testing and constituent awareness of programs, and many other subjects. Viv also leads the team’s outreach to non-profit organizations, helping to develop their relationship with donor insights and research.
Prior to joining GG+A, Viv was the communications manager with the Energy Policy Institute where she authored a wide-range of media content, managed digital campaign data tracking, and participated in developing marketing strategy. At SmithBucklin, she was a non-profit operations associate, where she helped lead fundraising initiatives, board engagement, and programming. She was also the co-founder and manager for the Light House DaNang Hostel in Da Nang, Vietnam.
Viv holds a Bachelor of Arts in journalism/strategic communications from the Ohio State University.
