The Ohio State University began the quiet phase of its $4.5 billion “Time and Change: The Ohio State Campaign” in October 2016. To help achieve its bold ambitions—for elevating lives and advancing communities, health care, science, and creative expression—the university needed to articulate its aspirations in compelling concept papers, cases, and proposals.
The university engaged GG+A’s Strategic Communications team to work alongside advancement and academic leaders, creating materials that would help move donors to give. The firm partnered with Ohio State to develop a thorough understanding of several of the campaign’s key initiatives. GG+A combined those insights with an understanding of the form and content of materials that are effective with donors at the most significant levels, to create pieces that are right for the university and compelling for potential supporters.
