Biography
Elesa Paschke, Administrative Project Associate, is a member of GG+A’s Consulting Resources team. In this role, Elesa provides support for GG+A’s Practice Area Leaders who oversee the Public Higher Education and Independent Schools practice areas. She is responsible for coordinating the Practice Area Leaders’ calendars for internal, client-facing, and marketing activities, coordinating practice area responsibilities, and providing project management support for several Higher Education and Independent Schools engagements.
Prior to joining GG+A, Elesa worked as a social media and web search evaluator for Appen, an AI and data management company. In this position, she evaluated and categorized social media content for Appen’s clients’ major social media platforms. Elesa’s expertise includes multicultural communications, instruction, and data management. Her varied professional background also includes experience as a pharmacy technician, along with three years abroad as an English language tutor and instructor in Madrid and Jaén, Spain. In addition to developing English, science, history, art, culture, and music lessons for primary school students, Elesa prepared ESL learners for official language proficiency exams on behalf of the Spanish Ministry of Education and served the Regional Government of Andalusia as an assistant teacher. Previously, Elesa was also a copy editor for one of the largest student-run newspapers in the United States, The Independent Florida Alligator, in Gainesville, Fla.
Elesa holds a master’s degree in international relations from the Università di Bologna in Bologna, Italy, and a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Florida. She speaks Italian and Spanish, spent several months in Italy as a hostel receptionist, and volunteered at a refugee camp in Dunkirk, France.
