Biography
Emily Duecker is an Administrative Project Associate at GG+A, where she supports the Independent Schools Practice by coordinating internal, client-facing, and marketing activities and collaborating with Consulting Resources staff to ensure client projects are managed effectively and efficiently. Her expertise includes communications, project management support, and program development and implementation.
Prior to joining GG+A, Emily was a mentorship coordinator at the DEC Network, a nonprofit organization that helps entrepreneurs build and grow their businesses. In this role, she identified and sourced mentor candidates, assessed program needs, analyzed communications strategies and performance metrics, and helped increase program participation by more than 200%. Previously, Emily held a variety of internships, with CitySquare AmeriCorps, the Canopy Center, and WE International. Among her contributions, she conducted mission-focused outreach, led fundraising initiatives, and developed social media content to engage constituents.
Emily completed her B.A. in political science at McGill University, with minors in social entrepreneurship and international development.
