Biography

Kalee Johnston is GG+A’s Director of Projects & Process Improvements, providing oversight of client projects and leading the analysis and improvement of project management processes across the firm. She brings a decade of experience to her role, with expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, operational performance and improvement, and strategic planning and implementation. 

Prior to joining GG+A, Kalee was a consultant at Lotis Blue Consulting. In this role, she partnered with a $2.5-billion safety sciences client on a change impact assessment to identify pain points and developed efficiencies that aligned performance against strategic objectives. Previously, as a member of the Consulting Academy, Kalee helped develop a talent diversity strategy for a Fortune 50 healthcare payer, including a revamped professional development program and KPIs for 2,000 employees across five states. Earlier in her career, she was a senior manager at Cru, a faith-based, international outreach organization that mobilizes students on more than 6,000 campuses worldwide. Among her contributions, Kalee conducted a SWOT analysis, spearheaded strategy sessions, and leveraged stakeholder assessments to support an organizational expansion strategy, staff reconfiguration, and program improvements.  

Kalee completed her B.A. in Political Science and International Studies at Northwestern University, and her M.B.A. at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, with a focus in management and a certificate in social entrepreneurship. She is a member of the Forte Foundation, a nonprofit consortium advancing women in business and leadership.
