Biography

Kathleen Clark is the firm’s Business Development Operations Manager, where she plays a key role in coordinating pipeline activities between Business Development, Marketing, Finance, and Consulting. This includes managing proposal processes, drafting reports, compiling performance and outcome metrics, analyzing data, and coordinating meetings with consultants and clients. She brings more than seven years of experience to the firm, with expertise in sales, proposal development, operations, project management, account management, and business process improvement. 

Prior to joining GG+A, Kathleen was the Client Engagement Manager for Ologie, a marketing and branding agency dedicated to advancing the missions of education, nonprofit, and healthcare institutions. Here, she collaborated with agency partners to increase new business sales through improving sales process efficiencies and crafting tailored proposals, presentations, and sales collateral. Previously, as an account executive for global insurance brokerage Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., Kathleen also managed large nonprofit, higher education, and public sector accounts, addressing complex risk management problems and providing customized solutions for billion-dollar organizational management liability programs. 

Kathleen earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and international business from the Indiana University Kelly School of Business, and she is a member of the American Marketing Association and the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). Along with serving a number of nonprofit organizations professionally, she has been a volunteer adoption specialist with PAWS Chicago.
