Ragan Crawford

Ragan Crawford is the Director of Sales Enablement at GG+A. He plays a key role in defining, leading, and executing business development initiatives across practice areas and in partnership with consultants. Ragan’s background includes nearly a decade of experience in sales and marketing, with expertise in sales enablement, sales training, and Salesforce administration.

Prior to joining GG+A, Ragan was the Sales Enablement Manager at VM Ware, a computing company that provides cloud solutions for businesses. There, he led the partner sales enablement team to its highest performance numbers in five years, collaborated with field managers and global partners, and developed new marketing materials and training programs. Previously, he was the Training Manager for Global Sales & Marketing at Shure, a leading audio equipment manufacturer and supplier. Among his contributions, he developed training curricula and KPIs for the sales team and oversaw the training for sales executives, along with providing continuous support to Shure’s partners on a global scale. Previously, Ragan held roles at CareerBuilder as a senior account executive, sales trainer, and software sales executive—identifying new business opportunities in the healthcare industry, developing recruitment and training solutions, leading bootcamps for sales executives, and winning a sales award as a top Tier 1 Sales Executive. 

Ragan completed his B.A. in business administration at American Intercontinental University, and he is a Certified Salesforce Administrator. A professional drummer, he formerly toured with musicians around the country. Ragan has also volunteered with the Miss Chicago pageant competition and scholarship organization.
