Falling off the ladder: The way donors see recognition societies

In this webinar, Dan Lowman, GG+A Senior Vice President and SurveyLab Director, broke down a donor survey around the awareness and understanding of giving societies at a prominent higher education institute. He explored donor awareness levels, understanding of benefits, and the extent to which advancing in levels motivates giving. He also shared what donors identified as the true motivator in giving and discussed practical strategies to streamline giving societies and augment existing benefits with an impact-oriented donor experience.
