A predictive analytics journey: How NorthShore University HealthSystem turned its hopes and dreams into reality.

Senior Director of Annual Giving Nicole Brennan, CFRE and Program Manager of Annual Giving Mic Reich from NorthShore University HealthSystem, along with GG+A’s Vice-President of Analytics Paul Mateo share their five-year journey to use predictive analytics. They offered a detailed accounting of the processes to use predictive modeling to find the best grateful patient prospects who would make NorthShore their giving priority. Nicole attributes their success to, “Teamwork, gaining leadership buy in, patience, and a touch of humor.”  Nicole, Mic, and Paul fielded questions and participants answered a live poll of how people feel about starting a predictive analytics process. Lessons learned addressed these concerns and how the team is leveraging predictive modeling even further to engage and retain COVID-19 crisis donors.
